Where we deliver

We deliver within India only.

Delivery charges

Delivery is free on every order. There is no minimum order value.

Delivery time

• Orders are delivered in 7-12 business days.
• You can check the expected dates for your pincode on any product page.

Tracking

We send you a tracking link when your order ships. Sign in to your account to see all your orders and their status.

Address and phone number

• Please enter your full address, pincode and a working Indian phone number at checkout. We use it to reach you about your delivery.
• If the phone number is wrong or not an Indian number, we email you and ask for a correct one within 24 hours. If we don't get one, the order is cancelled and prepaid orders are refunded in full.

Failed delivery

If a delivery fails, we contact you and try to deliver again. If it still can't be delivered because you were unavailable or refused it, prepaid orders are refunded minus ₹200 or 40% of the order value, whichever is less. Cash on delivery orders have nothing to refund.
